Who Can Apply for AFCAT 2025?

Nationality: Should be an Indian citizen.

Gender: Male and female candidates are both eligible.

Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates (except widows/divorcees without encumbrances).

Age Criteria of AFCAT

Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years on 1 July 2025 (born between 2 Jul 2001 and 1 Jul 2005). Relaxed upper age limit to 26 for CPL holders.

Ground Duty (Tech & Non-Tech): 20 to 26 years.

Educational Qualification

Flying Branch: Graduation with minimum 60% + Math's & Physics in 10+2.

Ground Duty (Tech): 60% in engineering degree.

Non-Tech: Graduation with minimum 60%.
